· Private: one instructor per client using all apparatus. The best opportunity for a customized program and detailed instruction. The ultimate training format for anyone in competition sports or dance and required for anyone with special physical challenges.
· Duet: 2 person lesson on reformer, mat, and tower (resistance springs).
· Triple: 3 person reformer class.
Small group Tower class: up to 5 people.
· Group Mat Class: up to 8 people. Practiced on a floor mat using your own body weight for resistance and utilizing fitness balls, low weights, stretch bands, resistance circle, and foam roller.

The preferred cross-training method for dancers. Private and group reformer classes geared to the specific needs of the young dancers developing body. The reformer is used to teach ballet form, build strength in the core and extremities, and improve the mind-body connection. A part of each class is devoted to student requests.
Reformer exercises are related to ballet requirements in barre work, jumping, balance, etc. Focus is on
STUDIO ATTIRE
Close fitting, comfortable, and non-revealing: stretchy leggings or workout pants or long shorts, t-shirt, or yoga top.
No shoes in studio, socks ok.
Hair should be out of the face, use a hair tie or sports headband.
Remove loose jewelry, bracelets, earrings, etc.
