Influenced by The Lotte Berk Method, our contemporary Barre Fitness Program incorporates principles and technique from ballet barre, yoga, and pilates, but with a twist. This is a non-impact interval training alternating high intensity isometrics with deep stretching. Just a few props involved.....the ballet barre, mat, mini-ball, stretch bands, and small hand weights.
The beauty of this method is that everyone works with small movements and can limit or expand their range to suit their needs. A perfect option to the gym workouts. Modfications are provided to accomodate sensitive shoulders, wrists, knees, etc. It is amazing how quickly you get results.
